Friendly staff made me feel welcome.

The first room had a persistent smell and very limited TV channels, frustrating. After switching rooms twice, I still faced problems with the TV not working as promised, leaving me feeling neglected. I was informed about maintenance visits that never happened, and the overall cleanliness in the hallways was unacceptable.

The location couldn't be more magnificent in the middle of jackson. We had goodies and coffee at Sherwood Cafe, it was located a short walk to the venue. Our room was nice and clean, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave.

Everything is fine.

It has both affable and helpful staff.

We enjoyed staying in a spacious room with comfy beds! The lounge was a nice spot to chill, and the breakfast had a good variety. The WiFi kept cutting out, kinda annoying. It's a solid choice for families.

Bright, clean, bright

I was so impressed by how bright and clean my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds felt! The all-day coffee bar got my day started right with unbeatable convenience. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a delicious variety, fueling my morning adventures perfectly!

Clean room with a good breakfast selection. Trouble with a loud carbon monoxide detector kept me awake at night.

I loved my stay! The room was modern with an awesome view of the park, and the gym had plenty of equipment. The noisy A/C really detracted from my experience, though.

The room was clean and modern. And the staff. They were friendly and very helpful. I especially appreciated the breakfast selection. Fresh food made the mornings a little brighter. It really felt nice not dealing with old carpeting-wooden floors are a game changer for me.

It wasn't exactly cheap. But in the end, it was a reasonable stay.

Most importantly, the room was clean, feel more comfortable . I appreciated that, despite being small, it offered a well-structured layout that maximized space according to guests' preferences.

The staff needed to be more knowledgeable about amenities, like whether shower caps were available.

The reception gave me great tips on the area. the hotel is so close to the airport, like I could practically roll there. And can we talk about the pool and local snacks market? Fancy!

I had a blast requesting room cleaning and fresh towels every day.

I enjoyed a peaceful stay despite some minor issues. The bed in my King Room with Walk-In Shower was very comfortable. I appreciated the helpful day staff but faced some challenges with night personnel. Pro tip, clarify charges upon check-in to avoid confusion.
